Printa 770 Deluxe screen printing system The Printa 770 Series manually operated screen printer is a marvel of engineering concept and design. Each system includes a four colour carousel, infra red flash cure unit, pin aligned exposure unit for on-machine, in-registration screen exposure, screen storage and drying cabinet and a full consumables supply pack. Everything that you need to start printing is supplied in one complete package!

Available in a range of configurations, this modular machine is the machine of choice in this market place, and is designed to offer tremendous printing flexibility and versatility.

The 770 series has many outstanding features, such as a patent pending screen registration system and integrated UV unit, on-board flash curing and a screen storage and drying cabinet, all contained in one compact body.

The taper pin alignment feature guarantees exact registration of colour separations, and a clever pin aligned UV exposure unit allows artwork to be registered easily before committing the design to the screen.

What is included?

Included with the deluxe package is the four colour, four station screen printer, free standing infra red flash cure unit, screen drying cabinet (not heated), taper pin aligned pressure pad UV exposure unit, 20 cm athletic numbering system, Print All system and a full consumable supply pack. A comprehensive technical training manual and video CD presentation are also supplied to ensure a quick and simple startup.

Print All system

To ensure that you get the most from a screen printing system, you need accessories that are as cleverly designed as the machine itself. The Print All system is a unique add on to the 770 series of screen printing machinery and allows the personalising of sleeves, pockets and bags to be completed with ease. The Print All system can be added to the Printa 770 standard system and may be purchased at any time.

Athletic numbering system

The athletic numbering system is a unique add on to the 770 series of screen printing machinery and allows the personalising of sports shirts to be completed with ease. The athletic numbering system can be added the Printa 770 standard systems as an optional extra and may be purchased at any time.

The athletic numbering system is supplied with a special taper pin screen frame that accepts up to two pre-made screens to allow the printing of number from 1 though 99. The pre-made screens are easily located inside the taper pin screen frame and can be changed very quickly during production runs.
