Printa 770 Series
Six Colour Screen Printing System
Single or Four Station Six Colour
Screen Printer
The Printa 770 Series manually operated screen
printer is a marvel of engineering concept and design.
Available in a range of configurations, this modular
machine is the machine of choice in this market place,
and is designed to offer tremendouse printing flexibility
and versatility.
The 770 series has many outstanding features,
such as a patent pending screen registration system
and integrated UV unit, on-board flash curing and a
screen storage and drying cabinet, all contained in
one compact body. The taper pin alignment feature guarantees
exact registration of colour separations, and a clever
pin aligned UV exposure unit allows artwork to be registered
easily before committing the design to the screen.

How Do I Produce Artwork For Making Screens On The 770 System?
Would you like to produce high quality spot and process colour separations for use with your Printa 770 screen printing system? FastColour is a suite of products that will allow even a relative novice to produce stunning, full colour designs.
Screen printing in full colour was once the domain of experts, but the FastColour system will drastically reduce your learning curve and give you total control over in-house production from colour separations through to film production. Please click on the FastColour logo below to find out more.

How Do I Cure Printed Items On The 770 System?
We recommend the use of a conveyor tunnel
dryer to cure any Plastisol based screen printing ink,
and although it is possible to use the standard flash
cure unit to cure between colours, we would not suggest
using this device for the final heat cure.
For information on our range of conveyor
based tunnel dryers please select from the following
links to review individual machine specifications - Cure Pro screen printing dryer - 880
Series screen printing dryer - Omni
Cure combination pad and screen print dryer.
If you have a need to print up to eight
colours and would prefer to use a traditional screen
printing system, yet retain the screen registration
system used on the Printa 770 system, please follow
this link to our eight
colour, eight station system.
