The 880 series conveyor based screen printing tunnel dryer has been designed for clients that need a unit that is bigger than the Cure Pro, but remains a portable machine that can be run from a standard single phase, 32 Amp power supply. The 880 series is state of the art and incorporates some clever features that are normally not found on units of this size and price point.

The 880 is supplied on a moveable stand, has a forward / reversible belt with speed adjustment and the heating element can be raised or lowered to suit the application. Two barn doors are completely adjustable and can be lowered to the required height reducing heat loss to a minimum. Air within the dryer is re circulated for improved efficiency and heating.

Two height adjustable heating elements are fitted to the 880 dryer to ensure quick and safe curing without scorching the garment, and the air re-circulation fan can be adjusted to increase / decrease air volume.

The 880 series screen printing tunnel dryer is a top of the range add-on to the Printa 770 or Printa 880 screen printing system and the purchase of this unit will improve the productivity levels of the screen printing machine considerably.
