Kwikprint Hot Foil Printing Machine Attachments &
Accessories
The Tiltable Self Centering
Type & Die Holder
This unit is what makes a Kwikprint machine
so simple to use interchangeably with both type and
dies (printing plates). The typeholder can be titled
through 90 degrees to face the operator when either
type or dies need to be inserted or changed. The use
of brass helps the typeholder to heat up very quickly,
hence start-up time is dramatically reduced. Various
sizes of typeholder can be supplied depending on the
intended application. The standard sizes are as follows,
but please ask if you would like us to assist with the
selection of the most flexible option for your Kwikprint
system:
- 25mm x 148mm (1" x 5.75")
- 50mm x 148mm (2" x 5.75")
- 75mm x 148mm (3" x 5.75")
- 25mm x 223mm (1" x 9")
- 50mm x 223mm (2" x 9")

Foil Feeding System
This simple unit automatically advances any
foil that is used during printing. The pull length of
the foil can be infinitely adjusted by turning a small
knob located at the rear of the unit.

Machine Light
This attachment is particularly useful if the
machine is used in a dark location and helps greatly
with setup and operation during printing. The flexible
arm can be adjusted to any angle to illuminate the printing
area.

Two Way Adjustable Platform
This attachment can only be supplied on the
Kwikprint Model 86, Model 86a and Model 64 platforms.
The platform can be adjusted in both the X & Y orientation
which is of great help when printing onto large items,
or when printing in the corner areas of bigger products.
As the platform can be moved, it is possible to keep
the majority of the product securely located during
printing.

Platform Gauge
This attachment helps to position items that
are being printed in the correct location, and is especially
useful when registration is essential. The gauge is
fully adjustable and in addition, can be used as a backstop.

The Pen & Pencil Jig
This attachment holds both wooden pencils and
plastic pens securely in a precision cut groove, and
maintains alignment for perfect printing. It is located
to the machine by removing the work platform and sliding
the jig onto the lower platform.

The Matchbook Jig
This attachment separates the matchbook cover
and matches during printing and is also useful for printing
other small components. It is located to the machine
by removing the work platform and sliding the jig onto
the lower platform.

The Ribbon Guide
This attachment allows a reel of ribbon to be
fed accurately from rightfs to left through the machine.
Various widths of ribbon can be used up to a maximum
of 50mm. It is located to the machine by fastening the
attachment to the work platform which is pre-drilled
during manufacture.
