Embossa Garment Embossing System
A combination heat transfer press, embossing & die cutting system

The Embossa garment embossing system is the probably the most compact and cost effective multi purpose garment decoration system on the market today. You can use the Embossa as a high production heat transfer press thanks to the twin shuttle system. The twin-platen shuttle allows the highest level of production to be maintained during loading and unloading operations. The Embossa also allows you to emboss garments to create a unique and striking finish. Embossing is not a very commonly used technique and equipment like the Embossa is therefore an ideal investment for those who wish to provide a trade printing service. The Embossa is designed to offer tremendous printing flexibility and versatility and has been engineered with accuracy and reliability in mind.
The Embossa has a unique self aligning pneumatic pressure system that gives consistent force across all points of the printing plate. The onboard microprocessor allows quick and easy setup and precise control over both heat (maximum 220 Celsius) and cycle time.
In summary, the Embossa can be used to print onto a wide range of materials including textiles, plastics, leather, wood and paper and card. In addition, the system can be used to apply heat transfer designs onto garments and to die cut small areas of card, leather or plastic.
