On Demand, Variable Data Digital Hot Foil Printing System
The Impress system
The Impress system is a compact, desk-top printer that replaces traditional hot stamping, silk screening, and pad printing processes currently used to print and decorate cylindrical items, including pens, markers, cosmetic packaging, flashlights, as well as industrial applications.
The Impress system significantly reduces the direct and indirect costs of printing by eliminating costly set up time, as well as the dies, screens, inks, and solvents used in traditional printing methods.
The system is cost effective for long, short, and personalized runs and applies any computer-generated text and graphics instantly. Versatile, quiet, and environmentally friendly, Impress is safe, easy-to-use, and produces sharp, durable impressions on-demand.
The Impress system represents the perfect platform for printing variable data onto a wide variety of products including both personalised promotional products and manufactured items that require individual serial numbers.
The Impress F10C (as shown above) is specifically intended to personalise cylindrical items and cannot be used to print flat products. Customers that have a requirement to print onto flat and cylindrical items will need to purchase both the F10C and F10 or F10L systems.
The Impress F10L (as shown below) is fitted with a larger worktable to allow the printing of larger items such as ring binders and book cover spines.
