The GTO range of pad print machinery includes both four colour pad printers and five colour pad printers for more demanding jobs such as medium to long production runs where either multiple Pantone® spot colour prints or full colour prints are required in registration.

GTO Evo 4C hammer four colour semi automatic pad printer

The Evo 4C Hammer four colour pad printer has been built to print high production print runs. The system is equipped with a transfer carre caterpillar belt that has 22 adjustable stations on three axes. The transfer carre has the option of single or double movement for print applications that demand this feature.

The transfer carre has ample space for loading and unloading products, and this could also be automated if required.

For added flexibility, this four colour pad printer can be electronically programmed to allow for pauses in printing.

GTO Evo 5C electronic five colour semi automatic pad printer

The Evo 5C Electronic five colour pad printer is fitted with an in-line indexing shuttle. This combination allows for the printing of process colour (C,M,Y,K) and a base white when printing onto non-white products.

An in-line indexing shuttle and compressed air print drying nozzle are provided with the machine. Each transfer pad is individually controlled and is timed to function with the in-line shuttle. In addition, the closed cup inking system is Teflon ® coated for easy cleaning.

The touch membrane control panel is programmable to allow for differentiated runs and pad descent and pauses can also be inserted into the printing cycle. The plate holders are fitted with micro adjustment control to allow for simple setup and to assist with registration of the two print colours.

The indexing shuttle is mounted to a 3 way axis and the whole unit is completely height adjustable to suit different product dimensions.

GTO Evo Cube four or five colour semi automatic pad printer

The Evo Cube is a specially modified version of the Evo Maxi 5C D pad printer and is intended for printing process colour designs onto paper blocks offered by many companies as a promotional giveaway.

The in-line shuttle which is supplied with the system has been engineered to accept special pneumatic controlled tooling that holds and allows the block of paper to be turned through 90 degrees after each side has been printed.
