GTO 550: Cylindrical & Flat Screen Printing

GTO 550 Semi automatic screen printing system Cylindrical screen printers such as the GTO range allow for the decoration of a wide range of products. Packaging such as glass or plastic bottles can easily be decorated with cylindrical screen printers, as can medical products such as syringes and science equipment such as pipettes.

Unlike with pad printing, with this type of machine there is no constraint to how far you can print around a cylinder. Screen printing systems such as these can of course also be used to print onto flat products.

GTO 5 year warranty Tampo printing machines would generally struggle to print more than 25-30% around the circumference of a cylinder, so screen printing is the best solution provided that the product has a "flat" surface that can be offered up to the screen for printing.

The GTO range of semi-automatic screen printers include the 550 EVO cylindrical screen printer, which is a pneumatically operated screen printing system that offers either cylindrical or flat printing simply by changing a few components. The machine is fully CE compliant and meets the required safety levels for operation.

GTO 570: Flat Screen Printing

The GTO 570 Evo screen printer is based on the smaller 550 version, but is intended to be used for the printing of flat products rather than cylindrical items.
