If you are pad printing in one colour, there are 9 GTO models to choose from. Aimed at environments with high production requirements, the range of one colour pad printers is extensive and each system offers a very specific advantage over other models in the range. With a variety of print areas and speeds up to 3000 per hour, there is a model in the range to suit your requirements.
A touch membrane control panel and emergency stop button are provided with all models, and as you would expect from a European product, CE certification and compliance is part of the package.
Within the range, we offer traditional front to back movement closed cup ink systems as well as a left to right sliding ink systems that allow large image areas. In addition, small format rotary tables can be added to some models.

The Colibri Evo one colour pad printer is known for speed of production, and this model is fitted with a quick change over system for printing plates to minimise downtime. In addition, the closed cup ink system is Teflon ® coated to make cleaning quick and easy.
Any business that requires an extremely fast one colour pad printer but does not wish to move to a fully automated process would be wise to consider the Colibri Evo or RS models.

The Colibri RS Evo pad printing system takes all that is provided with the standard Colibri system and adds a small format rotary table to which multiple part tooling can be added.
The table has X & Y micro adjustment to allow precise registration of the component relative to the printing plate and transfer pad.

The Bico Evo Mono pad printing system is fitted with an 80 mm diameter closed cup inking system and can be used with either steel printing plates or suitable water washable polymer plates that can be made in house if required.
WIth a print speed of up to 1800 impressions per hour, this entry level product is more than capable of printing small and medium production runs.

The Evo Veloce one colour pad printer is designed for high speed, continuous production as an in-line printer that is linked to an automated process.
The machine is not generally supplied with a table, but has the ability to be moved on its own sliding base when fixed in position on the production line.
A high speed transfer pad tape-off system is provided and this can be programmed to operate at periodic intervals as demanded by the print speed.
The Evo Veloce can be integrated into existing electronic systems adding to the versatility of this exciting machine.

The Bico Evo Slider is based on the Bico Evo Mono system, but has been modified to include an industry unique left to right sliding closed cup inking system. Whilst the diameter of the closed cup remains at 80mm, the ability to use a longer printing plate allows a print length of up to 280 mm to be imaged onto products that might otherwise have to be screen printed.

The Evo 883 Slider is a free standing single colour pad printing system. However, the traditional front to back closed cup inking system has been replaced with a left to right system which allows a much wider print area to be imaged.
This innovative modification places the Evo 883 Slider in a market that would normally be served by a traditional screen printing machines, but additionally allows for complex shapes and non-flat surfaces to be personalised, something that would prove difficult for screen printing equipment.

The Evo Rotary Table one colour pad printer allows the user to take advantage of the larger printing area and be able to print multiple components simultaneously during one cycle of the machine.
Whilst most components will be smaller than the system can potentially print, the ability to print more than one part during each cycle adds to the flexibility of this system.
The touch membrane control panel has been relocated to allow the operator easier access to all electronic features of the machine.

The Evo Slider is a free standing single colour pad printing system that is based on the smaller Evo 883 Slider. The use of a left to right sliding ink system has been retained but enlarged to handle bigger print areas.

The Evo Maxi Slider is a free standing one colour pad printer based on the Evo 883 Slider. However, due to the dimensions of the printing plate and sliding ink system of this machine, it is now possible to print multiple impressions across a relatively wide product in one cycle.
Several transfer pads can be fitted to the pad mount and each can pickup and transfer a design at the same time. The design of the Evo Maxi Slider dramatically reduces the production time for large or multiple print areas that otherwise would have been printed and handled more than once on a smaller pad printer.
