The GTO two colour pad printer range offer huge scope for the decoration of a wide range of products thanks to impressive image areas. For manufacturers that need to tampo print product as part of the production process, such a large print area on a two colour pad printer adds tremendous flexibility to print a wide range of products in-house without having to rely on subcontractors.
There is also scope to print multiple products at once, or simply to tampo print multiple images onto larger products in a single print run with up to two colours.

The two colour pad printer models with the biggest image areas are the Evo Maxi 2C Slider and Evo Maxi 2C Slider index versions (blue & green tabs in second box below) and these use a left to right slider system.

The GTO Bico Evo B is an entry level two colour pad printer and is intended to be used as a bench mounted machine.
As with all GTO pad print machinery, each two colour system is supplied with two closed cup inking systems which use independent printing plates and this model uses front to back inking.
CE certification is provided with each system and a touch membrane control panel is integrated into the cast aluminium frame.

The GTO Evo 883 DF is a free standing two colour pad printer that is intended for medium length production runs that demand a two colour print.
An in-line indexing shuttle and compressed air print drying nozzle are provided with the machine. In addition, the closed cup inking system is Teflon ® coated for easy cleaning.
The touch membrane control panel is programmable to allow for differentiated runs and pad descent and pauses can also be inserted into the tampo print cycle. The plate holders are fitted with micro adjustment control to allow for simple setup and to assist with registration of the two print colours.
The indexing shuttle is mounted to an 3 way axis and the whole unit is completely height adjustable to suit different product dimensions.

The Evo 2C Index has the same specification as the Evo 2C except that this model is not supplied with an in-line indexing shuttle.
Instead of using a movable table, the Evo 2C moves the transfer pads using a pneumatically controlled transfer pad rail. This allows products that would potentially be difficult to move using an in-line shuttle to be printed in two colours without moving the item.
The touch membrane control panel is programmable to allow for differentiated runs and pad descent and pauses can also be inserted into the tampo print cycle. The plate holders are fitted with micro adjustment control to allow for simple setup and to assist with registration of the two print colours.

The Evo 2C Slider two colour pad printer has been specifically developed to allow very large print areas by pad print machinery standards, to be imaged onto all kinds of products. The machine is based on the Evo 2C system but utilises a clever closed cup ink system that moves in a different way.
The use of a left to right sliding ink system opens up the possibility to pad print rather than screen print flat items, or indeed complex shapes which could not be successfully screen printed.
The in-line indexing shuttle can be adjusted in X & Y orientation and can also be tilted to allow slanted products to be presented to the transfer pads in the most efficient way.

The Evo Maxi 2C Slider is the two colour pad printer with the biggest image area in the range. Normal pad print machinery would simply not be able to come close to the Evo Maxi 2C.

This model of pad printer allows the product to remain in one position during a two colour print. It is the best way to pad print larger products, where moving the product during printing is not ideal.
