Liquid Polymer Stamp Making System
The Simple, Entry Level Way
To Produce Liquid Polymer Stamps
What makes our hobby stamp making system so
clever? Simple - the fact that it is now possible to
produce small quantities of craft based stamps at home
without having to spend a great deal of money, or have
extensive training. The process is even simple enough
for children to use, under parental supervision of course,
using only the minimum of equipment and consumables.
This daylight solution takes our conventional
sachet based liquid resin system and simplifies the
process to allow natural light to be used as the main
processing element to harden the liquid polymer contained
within the sachet. Using the daylight hobby system you
will very quickly find that you have:
- the most cost effective exposure system available
- the simplest method to produce liquid polymer based
stamps. No special skills are needed
- a lightweight and truly portable system
- a system that can be used in the home by both adults
and children

Accurate Exposure Times
In order to help users obtain accurate exposure
times for our daylight liquid polymer, we provide a
simple electronic exposure processor with each system.
The processor takes regular measurements during each
exposure cycle and calculates the correct time required
to provide a perfect craft stamp.

How Is Our Daylight Liquid Polymer
Processed?
The simplicity of the hardware and consumables
required is the key. The following steps are required
to produce cost effective craft stamps in the comfort
of your own home or business:
- create your artwork by either drawing, scanning
or copying or download from the internet
- print the design onto negative film using a desktop
inkjet or laser printer

- place both the artwork and daylight sachet inside
the exposure clamp

- expose the daylight polymer using an electric bulb
until the exposure processor beeps. Two exposures
are required, one using the negative and one without
(back expose)

- remove sachet, cut open and wash the processed
stamp to remove any liquid resin

- place sachet in a tray filled with water and post
expose the stamp
- peel away the plastic backing material and stick
to stamp mount
