It's economical!
All types of identification products can be produced quickly and economically with ID-MARK®. From prototypes and one-of-a-kind projects to short-run production requirements, ID-MARK® can meet all your needs without costly setup and production charges.
How easy it is to use ID-Mark®?
There are three simple steps that make the process of using ID-MARK® quick and easy to learn.

1. Expose
Place film on top of ID-MARK® plate. Expose ID-MARK® plate with a UV light source for between 3 - 5 minutes. The length of the exposure may vary based on the type of exposure device used.
2. Spray
Place the exposed ID-MARK® plate in plastic tray. Spray the plate with cold water using a spray bottle until plate is completely covered with water. The image will appear. The plate can also be placed directly under running, cold running to wash the unexposed resist away.
3. Wipe
Take a cotton pad and gently wipe plate to remove excess resist. Make sure pad is wet when wiping plate. When all resist is removed, dry plate with heat gun or blot dry using a paper towel. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes from exposing the artwork and finishing the sign. When using running water, a soft paint pad can also be used to gently assist with the removal of unwanted resist.
