  • It's As Easy As...


    1. Expose

    Expose

    • Place film on top of ID-MARK® plate. Expose ID-MARK® plate with a UV light source for between 3 - 5 minutes. Length of exposure may vary based on the type of exposure device used.

  • It's As Simple As...


    2. Spray

    Spray

    • Place exposed ID-MARK® plate in plastic tray. With cold water in spray bottle, spray the plate until plate is completely covered with water. Image will appear. The plate can also be placed directly under cold running water, and the unexposed resist will wash away.

  • It's As Quick As...


    3. Wipe

    Wipe

    • Take a cotton pad and gently wipe plate to remove excess resist. Make sure pad is wet when wiping plate. When all resist is removed, dry plate with heat gun or blot dry using a paper towel. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes from exposing the artwork and finishing the sign.
