The Wilflex MX ink mixing system is a simple finished ink system that allows you to mix Pantone colours in-house, quickly and easily.

Using just 15 inter mixable ink colours that are made with an opaque base, you can simulate any colour found in the Pantone colour formula guide.

The resulting prints will feature vibrant colours and a matte finish. This Pantone mixing system for plastisol ink offers colours that are strong, bright, single pigmented shades with improved crock resistance.

A Windows XP based computer is required to run the software that is available for the calculation and storage of colour formulations.

Custom colours and jobs can be saved for later use and a clever "recycle" facility allows the user to take ink that has already been mixed and re-calculate this formulation for use in other colours. This feature alone can save you money in mixed ink that would otherwise be wasted or stored indefinitely. In fact, users of this system regularly report that it pays for itself in no time.

Please note that this software can only be used with the Wilflex range of plastisol inks.

Use with cotton or cotton blends. For bleed resistance, use an under base white
Use with mesh counts from 110 - 305 threads / inch (43 - 120 threads / cm)
Flash cure at 110 Celsius. Full cure at 160 Celsius
Use a 60 - 90 durometer, sharp edge squeegee
