Vastex V1000 4 station 6 colour screen printing machine The Vastex V1000 manual silk screen printing machine is designed and priced to meet the needs of the entry level screen printer, but is still a professional, well engineered and very importantly, upgradeable system, offering accurate registration capabilities.

The V1000 screen printing machine uses a floating head design which helps to reduce manufacturing costs, yet allows this particular screen printing machine to achieve very accurate registration - an important factor for any serious screen printer.

The table top version of the V1000 can be supplied as a single station single colour silk screen printing machine or as a single station four colour unit. An optional service pan which is on wheels can also be supplied to aid storage and movement of your silk screen printing machine - a handy feature if space is limited in your business.

In addition, the table top model can also be fitted to a utility cart that is fitted with four locking castors, one single shelf and ten screen shelves. There is also a door kit available for the utility cart, which makes it light tight and therefore a great place to store coated screens. The rotary, floor standing version of this silk screen printing machine is available from a single station, single colour version up to four station, six colour configuration.

A range of additional platens are available for V1000 silk screen printing machines. The maximum size of screen that can be fitted is 43 x 53 cm. A range of smaller platens can be supplied as optional accessories to print onto areas like pockets, sleeves and trouser legs to name just a few.
