How do I place an order / enquire?

We have two types of products in our catalogue. Broadly speaking you will be able to purchase consumable items immediately and pay by credit card whereas most equipment will allow you to place the item in an enquiry basket only. Add all your products to your “virtual basket” and submit the order / enquiry ensuring we have your contact details.

 

Kindly note that in order to purchase online, you will need to enter the 3D secure information for your credit card and all security information will need to match before a transaction will be approved. It is also important to note that your billing and shipping address should be the same. Please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions and refund policy for different items and please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance prior to purchase.

Equipment can be financed (subject to acceptance) and there will in many cases be a lead time in obtaining the equipment you require. We do keep stock of the most popular machinery, which can be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Payment for equipment is via BACS transfer (internet banking) or cheque (subject to clearance). Please review the How To Order page for more information on this subject.

How do I know I will get my goods if I don’t have the security of paying by credit card?

Dalesway was established in 1995, so 2018 marks 23 years in business, which we are very proud of. We are a family owned and run business who believe good customer relationships are essential. Read more on our About Us page, call us for a chat or come and visit our fully equipped showroom. You can rest assured that we are not a “fly-by-night” operation and we will be here to support you on your journey.

Where do you deliver to?

Our system is currently set up for the UK and Ireland only. If you don’t see your territory listed in the delivery options, give us a quick call and we would be happy to help.

Do I have to register before using your site?

No. We do not require registration. However, if you would like to earn loyalty points each time you shop with us, it will be necessary.

Do you offer 30 day accounts?

It may be possible to set up an account. Account facilities are only offered to approved customers after placing at least three orders.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer membership to our loyalty club to customers with 30 day accounts, so you will not be able to collect reward points on purchases if you are granted this facility.
