VRS Screen Registration System
The VRS screen registration system allows anyone in your shop to accurately pre-register screens during the screen production phase, thereby allowing the press operator to keep printing high profit work virtually non-stop.
With the Vastex screen registration system, a press operator can have multi-colour jobs set up and ready to go in less than 10 minutes, thanks to accurate placement and pre-alignment during the screen making phase. This represents a 70 – 90 % saving in setup time.
The VRS screen registration system takes the precision work out of the hands of the press operator and places it under the control of the artroom. The VRS system provides a foolproof, repeatable method of setting up any multi-colour screen printing job, saving time and money!
The Vastex VRS and VRS Lite screen registration system allows you to locate film positives onto coated screens accurately, burn all the screens in registration and after washout, fit the pre-registered screens onto the press. This process ensures that only a minimal amount of adjustment is needed on the press, therefore dramatically cutting down on setup times and increasing profitability.
Offered in three variations, the VRS Lite is a compact, all-in-one system for small shops, while the Total VRS offers different components for screen room and press department. The Total VRS is available for manual and automatic presses.
The VRS is specific to the pallet width of your press. Please ensure you specify this measurement with your order. The VRS for automatic presses will require you to complete a data sheet to properly configure the unit. Please enquire.
